Dalang Fashion Town has a total planned area of 11.97 km2 and had gathered more than 700 fashion enterprises (cumulative figure as of 2023), including China's leading womenswear brands, with output value above RMB 10 billion. Its core area plans 22 industrial parks, 19 of them completed, and more than 80% of the town's fashion apparel companies own their own brands. The Dalang Fashion Industry Digital Innovation Centre has helped 23 local fashion enterprises digitise across R&D, production, supply, sales and service (Longhua District Government, 22 May 2024).
